Nirmala Naresh
The desire to leave this planet in the same state for the next generation, as we had been given by our ancestors, has influenced Nirmala Naresh's life in several ways.
Nirmala has a Master’s degree in Philosophy with over 20+ years of experience working on social issues such as education, human values, climate change, disease reversal, natural pregnancy & birthing methods and mother’s milk bank donations. She was awarded for donating mother’s milk for the longest period of time by Asia’s first human milk bank. She also enjoys spreading happiness by playing co-operative, all-inclusive, non-competitive games and performs circular unifying peace dances with children and adults.
Nirmala believes that there is enough for everyone's need on this planet, If only people live by the values of giving and sharing the excess to those around. To demonstrate this she founded the Kindness Kitchen inspiring everyone to contribute anything they can with all of their hearts. The food prepared here is not only highly nutritious and healthy but also energy-efficient, requiring minimal effort. It's flavorful and offers a variety of cuisines.
